Enjoy Organic Vegan Spicy Pumpkin Sausage from Calabizo, the first vegetarian pumpkin sausage; it is vegan and gluten-free. Made traditionally: smoked in oak wood and cured with chorizo flavors.
Based on an ancestral recipe for Galician pumpkin chorizo, we make Calabizo with only vegetarian ingredients following the traditional way of smoking and curing for a few weeks, without using any additives.
An ideal alternative for all types of diets due to its high nutritional value, low-calorie intake, and high fiber content, as well as being rich in antioxidants, and a source of vitamin B6.
