The term “jackfruit” is becoming increasingly popular in Europe. However, the topic of “meat alternatives” is often thought of in this context. What many people don’t know is that if you let the jackfruit hang on the tree until it is ripe, it tastes wonderfully sweet and exotic. – A true taste explosion! – And all of this, of course, with our fructose!

We recommend using the sweet jackfruit as a dessert (for example semolina porridge, ice cream, muesli, fruit sala, pureed as a fruit glaze) or for baking. Or you can simply enjoy it on its own as a healthy sweet treat!
