Bio Demerara Sugar 300g is brown sugar produced from organic sugar cane. It consists of firm and large golden crystals, slightly cohesive with a high molasses content. It is produced by drying thick cane syrup which is not further refined.

Bio Demerara Sugar 300g is an unrefined, soft, dark-colored sugar (rich in molasses). Ideal for recipes with moistened textures, in particular those based on chocolate.

Recommended for use: For use in any dessert to which sugar is normally added.
