The black truffle sauce, also known as Tartufata, is based on mushrooms and black summer truffles. It’s very versatile. You can use it on: canapes, croutons and bruschetta; spaghetti, tortellini, gnocchi and risotto, especially if garnished with plant based sausage, ham and mushrooms; roasts, stewed tofu and hamburgers; and pulled jackfruit in combination with barbecue sauce; grilled vegetables, vegan parmesan and ratatouille.
