Date Syrup Bio 470g is a natural sweetener made from 100% organic dates. It has a richly sweet taste and a pleasant fruity aroma. It is known as one of the most used and beneficial natural alternatives to white sugar.

One to two spoons of the syrup provide a person’s daily needs for magnesium, copper, and sulfur, half of the iron needs, and a quarter of the calcium needs. Please, do not neglect the fructose content in it.

We recommend moderate use. The Date Syrup Bio 470g is not suitable for people with diabetes and high blood sugar.

You can use date syrup directly on:
