Made from the finest whole, organic cashews and unsulfured apricot pieces, Apricolina is a delightfully tangy and subtly sweet vegan cheese wheel that is perfect for any occasion, from a quick sandwich to a special family gathering.

What sets Apricolina apart is its unique flavor profile, cleverly playing with the classic cheese and pickle combo but with a more fruity edge. It turns out that cashews and apricots are soul-mates and this is the perfect partnership. It’s complete just as it is, even if you forgot to buy all the cheeseboard extras!

At Mouse’s Favourite, we turn the apricots into a house-made chutney, combining them with organic apple cider vinegar and a small amount of unrefined brown sugar to create a deliciously sticky, tangy, but gently sweet pickle.

Organic cashews, water, apricot pickle (organic unsulphured apricot pieces, organic cider vinegar, fair-trade unrefined sugar) salt, cultures.
